My hearts been broken.
for many days
i mourned for its bleeding
the steady beat
it used to keep
i was surprized to find
it fluttered today
and i had to turn my eyes away
i smiled as my heart raced fast
my hearts still broken
but healing... at last
this boy from a time long ago
took the time i could not do
and pieced my heart again for me
and told me. go on now..

umm... i think this particular poem isnt finished. but it is showing similarities to skater angel. one of my first and favorite poems. i have high hopes. we shall see though. we shall see

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
